Health Plans
FirstPlan offers comprehensive health plans for employer groups, and for individuals and families eligible for Minnesota Health Care Programs (MinnesotaCare, Medical Assistance or General Assistance Medical Care and Minnesota Senior Health Options).
 Employer Groups FirstPlan's commercial health plans are available to employers in Carlton, Cook, Itasca, Koochiching, Lake, Northern Pine and St. Louis counties in Minnesota.
FirstPlan Blue is available to eligible Minnesotans who live in Carlton, Cook, Koochiching, Lake and St. Louis counties.
FirstPlan Blue MSHO is available to eligible Minnesotans age 65+ who live in Carlton, Cook, Koochiching, Lake and St.Louis Counties.
