First Plan of Minnesota is
an HMO with a Medicare contract. You must continue
to pay your Medicare Part B premium. VantageBlue
covers your Medicare deductibles and copayments when
you receive services by network providers as outlined
in your contract. It's available only to Minnesota
residents.
