More than 200 health care professionals provide primary care at 35 clinics in 21 communities in Northeastern Minnesota. First Plan also offers direct access to many specialists according to terms of each health plan.

First Plan’s network of providers includes primary care and specialty care clinics that are part of health care systems. Typically, the primary care clinic you choose will determine which specialty care physicians you can access. The health care systems under First Plan are:
