Seniors First - supplemental coverage for people enrolled in Medicare.

First Plan Blue - coverage for persons eligible for medical assistance, general assistance medical care and MinnesotaCare.

Third Party Administration - for self-insured companies in need of experienced, attentive handling of health insurance needs.

First Plan’s network of providers includes primary care and specialty care clinics that are part of health care systems. Typically, the primary care clinic you choose will determine which specialty care physicians you can access. The health care systems under First Plan are:
