Nurse Advice LineFirstPlan of Minnesota provides a 24-hour nurse phone care line. This free telephone health service is staffed by registered nurses who will answer questions and provide health advice 24 hours a day, seven days a week. The call service wil not replace medical care provided by your personal physician, but it is a convenient alternative for general health questions or for first aid advice on minor illnesses or injuries. It's especially helpful after your clinic is closed. Nurses may refer you to your primary care clinic, an urgent care center or an emergency room.
