Network Providers

FirstPlan of Minnesota offers comprehensive health plans for fully insured small and large employer groups and Third Party Administration for self-insured companies in need of experienced, attentive handling of health insurance needs.

FirstPlan's network of providers includes primary care and specialty care clinics throughout northeastern Minnesota and in northwestern Wisconsin. We encourage our members to select one primary care clinic and to develop a relationship with a primary care physician for optimum continuity of care.

Most clinics do not require referrals to see specialists in our network. You have your choice of specialists!
